This image is from my archive, not a new work. Now that I revisit it, I am enjoying the broad hat brim and her thoughtful expression. I am looking forward to getting into the studio this weekend! And I still have more new work from my show at Hyland Estates to post.
I thought you would enjoy seeing one of the things that kept me busy this week… I enjoyed a wonderful “Farm to Fork” dinner in my friend Sue’s beautiful orchard! It was a warm evening despite the overcast sky and we enjoyed a cozy bonfire afterward, along with some fantastic friends and conversation. I hope you are enjoying the more frequent artwork postings! Let me know what you think. I always love hearing your comments!
The bright colors and crisp shapes in “Song” are joyful. I hope you’ll use them again in new paintings.
I enjoy your work, so your more frequent postings are welcome. Plus, they help get me into my studio. Thanks for the nudge.
Thanks Hal 🙂
“Farm to Fork” dinner, outside with friends. Way to enjoy our “Northwest summer”! Thanks for sharing.
