It snowed here again this morning & I have a bad cold. I know this weather will eventually bring the flowers though… Above is a demonstration piece from my watercolor class at Umpqua Valley Arts in November. It’s hard to see in the small image, but there are sheet music notes and a bird superimposed in amid the painting, which is mostly watercolor & gouache.
I’ve been working more on the oil paintings and will post a few more later this week.
I am sorry you are not feeling well. Sometimes it seems like forever before consistent warm and sunny weather arrives in Oregon. It will, though, and when it does look out, as there is nothing more beautiful than Oregon in the summer!
